Amazing Adjectives in Year 4

Every Thursday morning I teach in Year 4. This morning, the children's VCOP activity included a 2 minute challenge to find as many adjectives as they could. The children were first given time to choose a book to look in. We discovered that that it is better to choose a fiction book when looking for adjectives. Here are some of my favourites:
Grumpy grandma
Vast jaw muscle
Gigantic hurricane
Small, wooden bridge
