Journey to the centre of the Earth

The Y4's had a great day making models of the Earth out of play dough. They began with the core then added layers for the lower mantle and the upper mantle. Finally the children made the continents before filling in the spaces with the seas and oceans. The highlight of the day came when Ms. Yen and Ms. Van Anh cut the globes in half clearly revealing the layers that make up our planet.
