TX House Captains 2013-14

This morning's assembly was a very colourful affair as all the children arrived wearing their house t-shirts.  The assembly began where it usually finishes, with the announcements about who our 'Finer Diners' and 'Stars of the Week' are.  At that point, the children left the Sports Hall, not in their classes, but in their houses.  The children from Dalat, Hanoi, Saigon and Hue went to different parts of the school in preparation for the second part of the assembly.

All the children in Year 6 had prepared speeches as to why the members of their houses should vote for them to become the new house captains.  The quality of the speeches was very high, and many children could have been selected.  When everyone had had their turn, there was a secret vote.  

Congratulations to Francis, Jasmine, Eugene, Angel, Anthony, Lucy, Mimi and Sylvia - our new TX house captains!
