MP2 Speech Competition

Eight children had reached the final of the Mile Post 2 Speech Competition. In order to gain the prestigious first prize, the children had to demonstrate that they had thought about and researched their topic, presented their speech confidently and used language to persuade and convince their audience.  Once again the standard of the speeches was very and the diverse subject matter kept, including topics such as 'The Origins of Sushi', 'The Airbus A380', 'The 3 Musicians by Picasso' and ' My Ambition'.
Judging the competition was very difficult as the standard was so high. Congratulations to everyone who took part, but especially to Zara in third place, Andrew in second, and our champion Moksh whose passion for 'Formula 1 Racing' was apparent.
