Eat well and exercise regularly! These are the two key messages of Healthy Living Week. As well as the Nutritional Cafe running after school each day this week, there were two early morning exercise sessions.
On Tuesday morning, Ms Michelle, Ms Alice, Ms Beth and Ms Jess led a group of children doing aerobics. Lively, loud music, Ms Alice's enthusiastic encouragement and energetic moves resulted in a great workout.
This morning Mr Mike and Mr Rob had the children doing circuit training. The children had to do star jumps, skipping, sprinting and squat thrusts with little break in between. Having got properly warmed up, the children divided into house teams to add a competitive element to the activities.
