Back home!

What a wonderful trip!  After all the activities of the last few days, we visited a local orphanage this morning.  The Year 5s were so good playing with the children and organising different activities for them.  There was just time for a photo stop on the beach in Danang before Captain Baker flew us safely once home once more.
As we were heading back to school this afternoon there were mixed emotions on the bus.  Of course, we all wanted to see our families, but also, we were having so much fun, we wanted it to carry.
During the last four days I have seen the children develop greater independence and perseverance through the different tasks and activities we have had. They have cared for one another and shown great integrity; I have lost count of how many times we were told by complete strangers that our children were a credit to us.
I hope you have enjoyed sharing those through photos on the blog.  I have been adding photos extra photos all week, so please click on the PHOTOLINKS under the slideshows which will will take you to a 'Picasa Web Album' where you can download individual photos.
