Learning Walks

One of the keys to any successful organisation is that it continues to monitor how well it is doing and looks for ways to improve. We believe the BIS, HCMC is the best international school in Vietnam, but we are not going to become complacent. This week at the TX campus, we are having a series of 'Learning Walks'. Every teacher at TX will be visited at some point in time and their lesson will be observed. Already, examples of outstanding teaching and learning have been observed. Today, I joined the Year 1 children working on writing descriptions of animals. All the children understood what was expected of them and everyone was challenged to produce their best work.
