Following the excitement of our visit this morning by Henry Evans, the Antarctic explorer, there was a great deal of discussion from the children in Mile Post 2 about his experiences. They were amazed at how he survived for two weeks eating mainly frozen cheese, salami, flapjack and cereal bars. The finer diners had no such worries as we continued to enjoy the new menu at TX. The chicken and vegetable curry was delicious as were the beef and vegetarian lasagnas.
Well done to Ashlee, Ken and Swastik in Year 3 and Khoa, Victoria and Jessie in Year 4.
