Fire Practice - Essential Health and Safety

TX had a visit from the fire service on Tuesday.  At about 9 o'clock, the fire alarm sounded and the school's evacuation procedure was practised.  We do this every term although only once a year with the fire fighters present.  The evacuation went very well and the children calmly and sensibly left the building and crossed to Christina Noble Foundation. In less than 10 minutes, all the children were accounted for, although two adults were missing.  This of course was part of the drill.  Mr Tue and Ms Van, had been instructed to remain hidden in the building for the fire fighters to rescue and then for our nurse to treat them.
