Y6 Leavers' Assembly

Assembly this morning was one of mixed emotions; pride, happiness, awe - all tinged with an element of sadness.  Our Year 6 children demonstrated how independent and confident they are as they shared their memories of, not just Year 6, but also their whole time at TX.  They made us laugh with the tongue-twister competition, entertained us with songs and music, and impressed us with their bravery as we watched the Malaysia video.
As well as celebrating all their achievements, it was a time to say goodbye and to wish them every success as they move on to secondary school.  For a group of 13 children it was especially memorable as they had been at TX since they were in Foundation Stage.
Thank you Year 6 and I hope AP2 is a place where you continue to learn and thrive. Enjoy the videos and it would be great if some of you could comment so we know some of your thoughts.
