The Friday of Book Week has to be one of the best days of the year. All the hard work and preparations have built up to this day, and it was certainly worth it. The children arrived in a wonderful array of costumes; there were Percy Jacksons, Snow Whites, Robin Hoods, Peter Pans, Charlie Buckets, Matildas, Minions, princesses, ninjas, the list could go on and on. The teachers played their part and we were introduced to the characters from, 'The Wizard of Oz' and 'Wind in the Willows'; there were dinosaurs from 'Digger' by Liz Million, nursery rhyme characters as well as Willy Wonka himself and a group of Oompa Loompas.
Well done to all the mums and dads for making such great costumes and to all the staff team at TX for making this such a wonderful and memorable week.
